How it Works - Online Retail Sales
We have attempted to make the delivery of online
sales as simple as possible, and to do
this we have broken the country up into three regions,
Auckland, North Island and the South Island.
In conjunction with the PayPal 'Add to Cart' buttons
we have included a drop down box with priced region options.
You will notice in the above box that if you click the 'drop tab' the three regions appear.
These options
include the product price and a delivery component
for delivery of the goods to their respective
regions,
GST is also included in the figure.
South Island Delivery
The South Island is often the largest value as it is the furthest from our dispatch in Auckland,
although this is not always the case with smaller items.
You may also notice throughout the site that we do not include South Island delivery on some items, this is due to the size of the product. What we have found is that often the delivery cost to the South Island is more that the product itself.
But if you still want a certain item and there is no South Island option then please
contact us and we will arrange the most cost effective delivery to your address.
Rural Delivery
If you have a rural delivery address then we require
a one off amount to be added to your cart, this
applies only to online retail purchases, for more

Signature at the Door
We require your signature at the door for all deliveries so it is recommended
that you choose a shipping address where someone is
available most working hours. If that's not
possible then please include a mobile phone number so the courier can contact you
for permission to leave the goods.
Keeping Costs Low
We are committed to keeping the cost of delivery as
low as possible, we believe the success of
Garden Goodies is dependent on this!
If you are
concerned about the cost of delivery to your region
then please contact us as there are options like
'three day delivery' that are significantly cheaper for larger items.
