I found the Garden Goodies (Industry Five) website while searching the internet for a supplier of gardening tools and contacted them by e-mail for advice. I received an immediate response and was very pleased with the assistance I was given (by Simon) all the way through the process of deciding and ordering to having my order delivered on the date and at the time I requested. I live in England and was was ordering the tools as a birthday present for my son who lives in Auckland. The Customer is No.1
The customer is number one so we will always do our very best to see that your experience of Garden Goodies is a positive one. If we can achieve this then we have a better chance of you coming back and telling your family and friends about us.
Credit Card Payments
Credit Card payments can be made using the online PayPal shopping cart.
Cheque payments
Cheque Payments received will have a three day clearance period from the date the cheque is banked this will be added to the standard delivery time.
Bank transfers
Bank transfers will be allowed once you have made contact with us and we have established your details within New Zealand.
Delivery
A standard delivery of up to seven working days applies to all products listed on this site. This is subject to the availability of stock and is always subject to the discretion of Industry Five Limited. Sorry we do no deliver outside of New Zealand as the delivery cost often far out ways the the value of the product. If we do receive and order from an overseas customer we will first request an address in NZ, if one is not provided then we will refund 85% of the order value; the additional 15% is to cover our management. (An option could be to donate the product to a local school for educational use).
Replacement Warranty
A one year replacement warranty from the time of sale applies to all mechanical faults on products purchased from this site. Some products listed on this site are marked with a five year warranty this only applies to those marked items.
Consumer Guarantee
All terms of sale are in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act.

Industry Five Limited has a commitment to providing the customer with accurate information on all products. If you are unsure of the appearance and or operation of a product listed on this site then it is the customers responsibility to seek clarification before purchase.
Known Brands
The majority of products sold by Garden Goodies are all known brands and we choose them because they are tried and proven. As a result of this all products are covered with a base 1 year warranty to protect the customer against manufacturing defects.
5 Year Warranty
Certain marked items are covered with a 5 year warranty and this is detailed on their packaging. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects and failure under what would be considered 'normal operation'.
10 Year Warranty
Some products are even covered for a staggering 10 years; again this is marked on their packaging. These are often commercial grade items which have been designed to a high standard allowing for continuous use.
Your Satisfaction Guaranteed
We are committed to seeing every purchase from Garden Goodies through to a happy conclusion. We do ask however that you consider carefully before you buy as goods cannot be returned or exchanged due to poor choice. If need be please contact us if you require further clarification on an item and its operation or suitable uses. As a team Garden Goodies is able to draw upon a large pool of experience and information to assist you in this decision.
If it Breaks
If an item purchased from this site fails under what would be considered 'normal operation' here's what to do. Make contact with us describing the item and what has happened you can do this by phone or email. With your description we will have a better idea of the situation and know how best to proceed.
Do I return it
Please wait until we ask you to return the faulty item as this may not be necessary. If it fails within the warranty period we may just send you a replacement item. Although if we do ask for faulty goods to be returned we will send you a suitable courier ticket to do so.

If for some reason both parties fail to reach a happy agreement to any of the above matters or if we are unable to supply any products on this site within the bounds of our terms and conditions then we will happily refund the entire value of your purchase.
